CoBRAIN Kick-off Meeting

CoBRAIN project has officially launched!

On the 24th – 25th of January, an exciting milestone in the world of advanced materials research and innovation took place – the hybrid kick-off meeting of the CoBRAIN project. Hosted by our esteemed coordinator, UNIVERSITA DEGLI STUDI DI MODENA E REGGIO EMILIA (UMR), in the charming city of Modena, Italy, this event marked the official commencement of the CoBRAIN project journey. CoBRAIN is a groundbreaking HorizonEU project, made possible by the generous funding from the European Union under the topic “Advanced materials modelling and characterisation.” 

The kick-off meeting proved to be an excellent platform for fruitful discussions and valuable exchanges of ideas among the project partners. As they gathered together, a sense of excitement and commitment permeated the air, laying the foundation for a successful and collaborative endeavor over the next 48 months. Each partner passionately presented their unique expertise and contribution, creating a mosaic of skills and knowledge essential for the project’s ambitious goals. 

The meeting served as a catalyst for building strong relationships and fostering effective collaboration among the partners. With a shared vision and purpose, they embarked on a collective journey to push the boundaries of materials science, focusing on advanced materials modelling and characterisation. The passion and dedication exhibited during the kick-off meeting set the stage for a promising future, where the CoBRAIN project will offer innovative solutions in thermal spraying coatings in industries such as automotive, transport, chemical, oil & gas, textile, and steel & metal. Together, they are determined to create a transformative impact, aligning technological advancements with sustainability and societal well-being. As the project unfolds, CoBRAIN will undoubtedly leave a lasting legacy in the realm of advanced materials research and innovation.

CoBRAIN project has officially launched!

On 24th – 25th of January EXELISIS participated in the hybrid kick-off meeting, of the CoBRAIN project, hosted by UNIMORE in Modena of Italy. CoBRAIN is a HorizonEU project funded by the EU under the topic Advanced materials modelling and characterisation. 

EXELISIS is leading activities related to IPR Management and Dissemination & Communication activities under WP7, which were presented along with some guidelines for a successful D&C strategy.
