During the CoBRAIN 7M Consortium meeting, a pivotal moment unfolded as our Dissemination Manager, EXELISIS, conducted a highly valuable internal Communication training workshop. This workshop served as a cornerstone for enhancing communication and collaboration among all project partners, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual support.

EXELISIS took the lead in facilitating the workshop, equipping the partners with essential communication tools and strategies to ensure effective information exchange and seamless collaboration. Through interactive sessions and engaging activities, the workshop encouraged open dialogue, active listening, and the sharing of ideas, strengthening the bonds between the partners and promoting a cohesive approach towards project objectives.

The impact of the Communication training workshop reverberated throughout the meeting, as partners eagerly embraced the newfound communication skills and techniques. This enhanced communication framework will undoubtedly play a vital role in driving the success of the CoBRAIN project over the coming months. As the project continues to progress, the spirit of collaboration and mutual support fostered during the workshop will remain a guiding force, ensuring that CoBRAIN realizes its vision of revolutionising thermal spray coatings and materials science. Together, the partners are committed to pushing the boundaries of innovation, driving sustainable advancements, and leaving a lasting impact on various industries.
