CoBRAIN Contributes to the New CEN Workshop Agreement on Materials Characterisation

We are proud to announce that our CoBRAIN’s partner Prof. Marco Sebastiani (Università degli studi Roma Tre) has been actively involved in shaping the newly approved CEN Workshop Agreement (CWA) on Materials Characterisation. This agreement represents a major milestone in advancing standardisation efforts within materials research, ensuring more reliable and harmonised methodologies across Europe.

While not an official EN standard, the CWA serves as an essential reference document for the European Committee of Standardisation (CEN), helping to guide future developments in coating technologies, advanced materials, and sustainability-focused research.
